Tokenization platforms
Clean money in, clean money out.
AuditKey clears the source of funds before an investor subscribes, redeems or transfers a tokenized real-world asset (RWA).
SOC 2 in progress. Speck Finance uses AuditKey on investor wallets.
The obligation
Tokenized assets inherit two rulebooks at once.
Securities and AML together
Tokenized assets inherit securities and AML obligations at once. A flagged wallet is both problems, not one.
Wallets, not bank accounts
Investors fund from wallets, not bank accounts. Source of funds must be traced on-chain before subscription or redemption.
Counterparties you never onboarded
Secondary transfers bring counterparties you never onboarded. AuditKey screens them before the transfer of the tokenized asset.

Source of funds before the investor moves.
RWA KYT screens source of funds before subscription, redemption and secondary transfers.

Securities law and AML, on the same case.
- The Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC sanctions apply to the funds that buy a tokenized asset. AuditKey screens that source of funds and keeps the evidence on the case.
- FATF Recommendation 15 requires a risk-based approach for virtual assets. AuditKey applies that approach to subscription, redemption and secondary transfer.
- In Brazil, CVM rules cover tokenized securities. AuditKey adds Brazilian fraud and blocklist data to the source-of-funds decision.
- Where MiCA applies to the token, AuditKey still screens the wallet. The product is KYT, not a securities opinion.

What an RWA desk says.
Speck authorized this quote.
“In RWA, a dirty wallet is a securities problem and an AML problem at once. AuditKey screens the source of funds before investors subscribe or redeem on Speck, with Brazilian fraud and blocklist data we did not have before. Our compliance team gets a documented decision for every flagged wallet, without slowing onboarding.”

RWA KYT questions
Source of funds, secondary transfers, and what AuditKey does not opine on.
Can AuditKey screen source of funds for tokenized assets?
Yes. AuditKey traces the wallet funding a subscription, redemption or secondary transfer and documents why a wallet was cleared or flagged.
Does AuditKey replace securities counsel?
No. CVM rules in Brazil and securities law elsewhere still need counsel. AuditKey is the KYT control on the source of funds.
Which AML rules does RWA KYT anchor to?
BSA, OFAC, FATF Recommendation 15, and MiCA where the token is in scope. Brazilian fraud and blocklist data sit on the same case.
